Application Deadline: Friday, March 15, 2013.

Each applicant must complete a single application packet, which will be used for consideration for all scholarships that are checked on the List of Scholarships. Please place your materials in the order they are listed below.

• List of Scholarships

• High School and/or College Transcript

• Completed Scholarship Application

• Additional Information, if Applicable

Helpful Hints:

• On the List of Scholarships, be sure to check the boxes next to all scholarships for which you are applying and want to be considered.

• On the Scholarship Application, be sure to answer all of the questions in as much detail as possible. The time you invest in writing a thoughtful response could literally pay off.

• On the Scholarship Application, be sure you secure your counselor's signature. It is required if you want to be considered for any scholarships.

• Be sure to include any essays, recommendations, or other information required for the scholarships. Review the Criteria for each scholarship for which you have applied to be sure you have included all required information.

• Be sure to mail or deliver your Application Packet, with transcripts and support materials attached, so that the Foundation physically receives it on or before the posted deadline. Application Packets received after this date, regardless of post mark or delivery date, will not be considered.
