The application, recommendation forms and criteria sheets for nearly 50 scholarships are identified on this website.

It is possible for each applicant to complete a single application even though he/she may be applying for several scholarships.

Instead of asking for countless letters of recommendation, we would like to have each applicant supply us with two completed recommendation forms, sealed in separate envelopes with their names on the outside.

Even though a student may be applying for several scholarships, we need only two of these recommendation forms.

You will, however, note that scholarships marked with ** on the Criteria sheet have additional requirements along with completion of the application and recommendation forms.

The scholarship applications need to be in the counselor's offices as soon as possible.

Please see that students are aware of this. All scholarship winners and their building counselors will be notified after APRIL 1, 2010. A coffee to recognize Scholarship Award donors, winners, and their counselors and principals is scheduled for MAY 5, 2010 7:30 A.M at the New Horizon Presbyterian Church.

Thank you for your help in reaching the students in your school. We hope to continue our growth and to offer more scholarships each year for the students of Southwest Iowa.

Counselors or applicants should send all applications with transcripts and support materials attached in one package on or before APRIL 1, 2010 to be delivered to:
